Is Emma Stone An Alien In Yorgos Lanthimos' 'Bugonia' Trailer?
The trailer clearly reveals the signs that suggest she might be an alien.
Focus Features has released the first teaser trailer for Yorgos Lanthimos' remake of the 2003 South Korean film Save the Green Planet directed by Jang Joon-hwan.
The sci-fi comedy titled Bugonia follows Teddy (Jesse Plemons), a paranoid beekeeper working for a huge pharmaceutical company run by successful businesswoman Michelle, played by Emma Stone.
With his love for conspiracy theories, he sees a parallel between himself and bees, as they too exist solely to serve their queen—or in Jesse's case, Michelle.
Ultimately, he concludes that Michelle is not human but an alien. The man is convinced of his delusions about an alien invasion and decides to kidnap his boss to save the Earth.
Bugonia, featuring Stone, Plemons, Aidan Delbis, Stavros Halkias, and Alicia Silverstone in leading roles, will be released in cinemas on October 31 this year. Check out the teaser trailer below.
