Dos Tumbas, or Two Graves, revolves around the disappearance of two teenage girls, Verónica and Marta, in a seemingly quiet coastal village in Andalusia. Two years after their disappearance, the case is closed, but Verónica's grandmother – Isabel – decides to search for the truth herself. What follows is a dark mystery where revenge plays a growing role.
The series was created by Agustín Martínez and written together with Jorge Díaz and Antonio Mercero, who also operate under the pseudonym Carmen Mola. This trio is known for thrillers like La novia gitana and La red púrpura. The direction is in the hands of Kike Maíllo, previously responsible for films like Toro and Cosmética del enemigo. He won a Goya for his debut film Eva.
The lead role is played by Kiti Márver, known from hits like La casa de papel and Las chicas del cable. Additionally, we see Álvaro Morte, internationally recognized as El Profesor, along with Hovik Keuchkerian, also from La casa de papel. Zoé Arnao, Carlos Scholz, and Salva Reina also appear in important roles.
