'Stranger Things' Returns, But Not How You’d Expect

Netflix has officially dropped the trailer for a unique new chapter in the Stranger Things saga, a documentary that goes behind the scenes of the grand finale.

Netflix has officially released the trailer for a unique new chapter in the Stranger Things saga. The streaming service shared the first footage of One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5, a documentary exploring the show's grand finale.

Directed by Martina Radwan, this project focuses heavily on the work of Matt and Ross Duffer. Along with producer Shawn Levy, the creative duo brought the town of Hawkins to life, establishing one of the most significant series recently produced.

Viewers will see interviews with lead actors who have grown up before our eyes, including Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard. Cast members like Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, and Caleb McLaughlin also discuss their emotional journey throughout the past years.

Top Rated Phenomenon

The franchise maintains an exceptional reputation for quality storytelling and production value. Stranger Things currently holds an impressive rating of 8.6/10 on IMDb. Furthermore, the show enjoys critical acclaim with a robust 90 percent score on the Rotten Tomatoes' Tomatometer.

A notable detail is the runtime; this making-of special lasts 122 minutes, equalling a full-length movie. While it might not be the narrative sequel fans crave, the upcoming animated series Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85 may bring more surprises later.

One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5 will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix starting on January 12.
