Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have made a conscious decision to donate their wealth to charity instead of leaving it for their children. They believe in responsible parenting.
It may seem sweet for kids when their parents are worth an estimated $275 million. But Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher do not plan to pass that amount on to their children as an inheritance.
Both actors have worked hard for their money. While being incredibly wealthy is nice, Kunis stated on The Armchair Podcast back in 2018 that he prefers to donate his money to charities.
Too Many Brats
Ashton is also investing in startups, so he might make an exception for his son and daughter. He said: "If they come to me with a good business plan, I’d be happy to invest in them. But they won't receive any funds."
Mila is strict about this as well. She told Elle in 2017: "We are not raising brats because there are already enough of them in the world. This year we are not buying gifts for Christmas because our oldest was overwhelmed by what my parents gave last year."
No Brats
She also mentioned: "I asked if they could stick to one gift this year, as I don't want that spoiled behavior. I don’t want them to turn into brats." More will follow in Access Hollywood's YouTube video.
28 Years Later has finally hit theaters, and we had to wait a long time for this moment. Not 28 years, fortunately, but it's close: the previous entry in the series, 28 Weeks Later, was released in 2007.
28 Years Later marks the beginning of a trilogy, but thankfully we won't have to wait as long for the second part. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple has already been filmed and is coming faster than you think.
Story
The films were shot simultaneously, and the story of The Bone Temple will take place immediately after the end of 28 Years Later. Details are not known, - WARNING: SPOILERS! - but we do know that there will be a strong focus on the mysterious Jimmy (Jack O'Connell).
According to writer Alex Garland, the second film will explore how people relate to past events. "We live in a time dominated by a misremembered past," he tells Business Insider.
Cast
In The Bone Temple, we will see O'Connell alongside Alfie Williams, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ralph Fiennes, and more. Cillian Murphy returns as his character from 28 Days Later.
The film was not directed by Danny Boyle, but this time it is in the hands of Nia DaCosta (Candyman). The release date is set for January 16, 2026, so we only have to wait another 6 months.
Prime Video has another hit with Heads of State, an energetic action-comedy where Idris Elba and John Cena must work together to stop a global conspiracy. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the film blends political satire with over-the-top action.
Heads of State follows British Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Elba) and U.S. President Will Derringer (Cena), who are locked in a public feud until they find themselves crashing down with Air Force One. Pursued by foes intent on eliminating them, they team up with MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) to unravel a plot threatening world order.
Audience Favorite Despite Mixed Reviews
Reviews are mixed, yet leaning positive: Heads of State scores 71% on Rotten Tomatoes and 74% with audiences. Much praise has gone to the chemistry between Elba and Cena, who perfectly complement each other as the serious leader and comedic loose cannon. Critics particularly commend Naishuller’s 'slick' direction, though the script is sometimes deemed messy.
Tatat Bunnag from the Bangkok Post calls it "the perfect film for the end of a long week." Fox19 highlights that the stars impress, even if the rest falls short. However, not everyone is convinced: some reviewers find the plot thin and the tone inconsistent.
Light, Explosive, And Entertaining
What Heads of State primarily does is entertain. From spectacular action scenes to witty dialogue, the film maintains a high pace. It’s the kind of movie where you shouldn’t think too hard. Just watch, laugh, and enjoy the action.
For lovers of popcorn cinema with a touch of political parody, this is a home run. And with stars like Elba, Cena, and Chopra on the poster, you know you won’t lack for visual excitement and energy.
An Unexpected Combo
One of the biggest surprises of Heads of State is the chemistry between Idris Elba and John Cena. On paper, they seem an unlikely duo: the serious dramatic actor Elba, known for roles in Luther, Beasts of No Nation, and The Wire, and Cena, who started his career in wrestling before breaking through with self-deprecating humor and physical comedy in films like Peacemaker and Blockers.
But that contrast works perfectly here. Elba plays the serious, frustrated leader while Cena embodies the wild president who makes jokes out of everything.
When the series Dexter: Resurrection was announced, it raised one pressing question for many fans: how can the infamous serial killer still be alive? His death seemed inevitable after the dramatic events in Dexter: New Blood. Yet, the creators have given the story a surprising twist.
The new season opens with Dexter in the hospital, critically injured from the fatal gunshot wound inflicted by his son. Doctors manage to save him, but it is touch and go. His heart rate was slowed by the extreme cold he was in, which ultimately saved his life. "Ah, a beating heart. I'm all for it," his familiar voice-over sounds as he awakens.
Reunion With Old Acquaintances
During his ten-week coma, viewers get a glimpse into Dexter's subconscious. In it, he encounters old acquaintances like Trinity Killer Arthur Mitchell, Miguel Prado, and even Sergeant Doakes. These visions confront him with his past and set the tone for his resurrection. 3Sometimes you have to go through hell to be reborn,3 Arthur says in a standout moment.
Michael C. Hall himself initially thought Dexter's story was definitively concluded. But as time passed, the idea of a second chance became more intriguing. According to the actor, his character is not just back but has genuinely changed. He gets the chance to rectify the damage from his past while reshaping his bond with his son.
Not A Cheap Trick
The decision to bring Dexter back to life was not taken lightly by showrunner Clyde Phillips and Hall. It had to be more than a cheap gimmick. Dexter: Resurrection had to do justice to the character and add something substantial to his journey. And it seems they succeeded: the series currently boasts a great 90% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
With this impressive reception, Resurrection leaves earlier series like New Blood, the original series, and even the prequel Original Sin behind. The return of the original face proves irresistible for fans. Dexter: Resurrection is now streamig on Paramount+.
It will be at least six months until the new season of the hospital drama The Pitt is released, yet viewers are already receiving an unexpected blow: Dr. Heather Collins will not be returning. This news comes as a complete surprise for many, as the doctor played by Tracy Ifeachor became a fan favorite.
The farewell was subtly initiated in the first season. In season one, chief doctor Robby sent the exhausted resident home after a tough shift, four episodes before the finale. After that, we saw nothing more of her. HBO Max keeps the reason for her absence a secret but confirms the show will return in January 2026 without Ifeachor.
One Shift, Changing Faces
Since each season only portrays one workday, a missing doctor does not necessarily mean they are gone for good. Showrunner R Scott Gemmill emphasized this earlier: In a hospital, people come and go. Not everyone works every shift, so a missing colleague may just pop up again later. The real-time concept allows writers to temporarily put characters on leave without breaking continuity.
Not even twenty-four hours earlier, Ifeachor celebrated on Instagram being part of season one and thanked the fans. She did not mention any new episodes, while filming is already in full swing.
Budget Without Dragons
From January next year, we will see if the show can capture the audience's attention again without Dr. Collins.
Jason Isaacs, known for his role as Lucius Malfoy in the original Harry Potter films, has spoken out against the online criticism of the new HBO series. He was particularly upset by the negative reactions regarding the casting of Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape. During a panel at FanExpo Denver, moderated by Maggie Lovitt from Collider, Isaacs made it clear: he is done with the racist comments directed at the British actor.
"Paapa Essiedu is one of the best actors I have ever seen. I see people online behaving rudely towards him. What they really are is racist." With these powerful words, Isaacs stood up for Essiedu, who has received international acclaim for his previous work.
A Casting Secret At The Table
Isaacs also shared a funny moment about how he was entirely unaware of the casting, despite a connection in his own home. "My daughter's girlfriend works in the casting department of the series. She came over for dinner, but we didn't get a word out of her! Really unbelievable, what a waste of tuition money."
But who is Paapa Essiedu, actually? The British actor gained global recognition for his role in the HBO series I May Destroy You, for which he received an Emmy nomination. He has also appeared in Black Mirror, The Outrun, and Genie. Now it has been confirmed that he will take on the iconic role of Severus Snape, a character closely associated with the legendary Alan Rickman.
A Central Role In A New Vision
Although the details surrounding Snape's storyline in the new series remain under wraps, it is clear that his role will again be central. Isaacs is not only an advocate for the casting choice, but he is also enthusiastic about the entire project. "The new cast is fantastic. Hopefully, critics will swallow their digital tongues as soon as they see Paapa on screen."

According to HBO, the series will feature a completely new cast and appeal to a new generation of fans. Each episode will be packed with beloved characters and magical details that fans have cherished for over twenty-five years. Each season will cover one book, allowing for more depth in the storytelling.
Not Worried
Isaacs is not worried about passing the wand to a new generation. "The series is being made by the same people as the films. They are taking their time to adapt each book into a full season, and it’s going to be fantastic."
